WILL YOU INSTALL WASHING MACHINES/DISHWASHERS?

What should I do if I have a sewer smell in my house or bathroom?
This could be a number of things but most commonly the seal on your toilet needs to be replaced. This should be done by a licensed plumber.
Here is a DIY Solution
- Pour 1/4 cup of baking soda into the drain.
- Follow with one cup of white vinegar.
- Let that sit for two hours with the bathroom door closed.
- Slowly pour a gallon of hot water down the drain.
- After fifteen minutes, run cold water for ten minutes to thoroughly rinse the vinegar down.

What Can I do if the water is not draining out of my dishwasher?
It may be possible to fix the problem yourself, but in most cases you need professional help, We can help remove the clog, clean out the strainer basket, and remove any food buildup or debris from the air hose (which vents the dishwasher).
These are the easy steps, then we go further to resolve the plumbing issue to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Phoned Les Maclean yesterday for a non – urgent plumbing problem. Immediate response, and a same -day appointment made.
Given a timing for the plumber to arrive, the timing was exact.
Plumber Jim Nicholson, quickly identified the problem, and kept us informed of what he was doing at every step of the way, and keen to seek our approval for any action which would add to cost.
At the end of the repair, Jim gave us instructions about monitoring the situation, as he was keen to assure us that his work had been completed professionally, but also pointed out that previous work (another company) may not have been to his standards.
In future I will not be looking any further than Les Maclean for any plumbing work, and will ensure that he receives a high recommendation to friends, neighbours, and my wider network, to use his services.
